A DISTRESS CALL TO GOD
“Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven.”
Psalm 107:28-30
Dear Christian friends, in moments of distress, the Christian must learn to call out to God in prayer. It has rightly been said that “where there is an absence of prayer there is also an absence of power.” By implication, one can say that where there is frequency of prayer there is also a continual display of God’s power. Are you, or someone you know currently wallowing in distress? Send a distress call to God in prayer.
