BE JOYFUL IN SUFFERING
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
James 1:2-4
Dearly beloved in Christ, the word of God enjoins us to be joyful in all circumstances of life. As believers, we should not wait for only good times to have joy. Instead, we are to be joyful even in the midst of sufferings, because God actually uses our sufferings to produce something worthwhile and eternal in us.
