FLEE WHEN SIN KNOCKS
“She caught him by his cloak and said, “Come to bed with me!” But he left his cloak in her hand and ran out of the house.”
Genesis 39:12
Dearly beloved in Christ, to be free from sin’s entanglement and shame like Joseph in the Old Testament, the child of God, out of reverence for God, is expected to deliberately reject the temptation to sin, and by the help of the Holy Spirit, flee from it without hesitation or compromise.
