“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.” Matthew 6:19-20
Dear Christian friends, acquiring wealth through the right means is never a sin. In fact, it is God who gives humankind the ability to make wealth, but becoming dependent on worldly wealth which is temporary, will eventually lead to greed and materialism. Instead of prioritising worldly riches, we should rather prioritise God and His kingdom by investing more of our treasures into the things of God.
