Dearly beloved in Christ, we must learn to appreciate what God has graciously given us rather than constantly comparing our lives with others. Contentment does not mean we should abandon our aspirations, but that we must recognise God’s goodness and remain grateful in every season of life. Let us therefore cultivate a thankful heart, giving God praise for His provision, faithfulness and unfailing love through Jesus Christ our Lord.
