FIRE BURNS (DO NOT ENTERTAIN SEXUAL SINS)
“Can a man scoop fire into his lap without his clothes being burned?
Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched? So is he who sleeps with another man’s wife; no one who touches her will go unpunished.”
Proverbs 6:27-29
Dear Christian friend, in the wisdom of God, the believer is expected to guard against sexual sin. We are to guard against the gratification of our sexual appetite. Just as fire burns, the sexually immoral person will not go unpunished. Let us consistently pray to God for the grace to overcome sensual sins.
